What should I do if my package is being sent to the wrong address?
If you notice that your order is being shipped to the wrong address, please inform us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can coordinate with Canada Post. Please make sure you include the Tracking Number.
Hey, why didn’t I receive my package?
In case you still haven’t received your package please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and we will coordinate with Canada Post. Canada Post’s Trace Service may take up to 3-5 business days to complete, but if it can no longer be recovered, we will contact you for a viable solution. To ensure your package, make it a habit to click “Signature Required” on your checkout.
How long do I have to wait for my package?
